Enrollment Requirements

1. Complete and meet the requirements of a soft credit check.
2. Provide documentation of coverage through your carrier.
Once you are approved, you will receive an email with a copy of our Coverage Evaluation form to be completed.
Please email or fax this form to your current auto insurance provider and have them review and complete "part 1."
3. Provide proof of insurance on your rental.
Now that you have confirmed coverage with your carrier, our vehicle MUST be added to your policy and our company must be listed as the additional insured and loss payee for our vehicle.
You will need to provide proof of this coverage via a certificate of insurance.
4. Provide monthly payment information.
We accept major credit cards for payment (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all acceptable).
Your first month's payment is due on the day you pick up your vehicle.
**WE DO NOT ACCEPT BANK ISSUED DEBIT CARDS.**
5. Provide a $1,500 deposit.
We will take a $1,500 deposit at the time of pickup.
The deposit is refundable upon exiting the program pending there are no outstanding damage claims/balances.
6. Minimum rental time.
Once you pick up a vehicle, you must keep it for at least five months before returning or exchanging it

Insurance Requirements

Our program is very unique and many auto insurance providers will NOT provide complete coverage for all the elements of loss/liability involved since this is a ‘non-owned vehicle’ and unlike a traditional purchase or lease. 

As with your own personal vehicle, you are responsible for any damage or liability exposure during your rental regardless of fault. 

We need to confirm that you and your insurance carrier are familiar with the loss elements and potential liability exposures with a long-term rental of a “non-owned” vehicle. 

You must provide the following prior to pick up of your rental:
The Coverage Evaluation form completed in it's entirety.
A certificate or binder of insurance listing the VIN of your vehicle and our company as the additional insured and loss payee.
You will need to update the certificate/binder with every exchange to show any new vehicle listed on the policy.
