Claims Procedure
Once we receive the required information, the claim will be processed. You will be contacted by our claims department with an invoice for damages within 60 days.
If you plan to have your auto insurance provider cover the damages, you should notify your carrier or other applicable carriers as soon as possible as most policies require advanced notice.
Even if you submit a claim to your carrier, you are responsible for working with our claims department to address any unpaid balances/deductibles before your invoice expires.
All invoices must be paid in full by the invoice expiration date or interest will accrue on any and all balances in the amount of 1.5% per month.
Failure to settle any and all invoices will void any coverage purchased through us.
Returning a vehicle with unreported damaged will void any coverage purchased through us as well as the general terms of your rental contract.
