These little critters might appear to be cute but they can destroy a bucket of pecans like nobody’s business. It took us awhile to find out what was making the mess of pecans all over the porch each morning. We thought it was the squirrels. We caught them red handed. They would come, like a thief in the night, open the container and have a feast of pecans, leaving the shells all over the porch. We figured out that we need to put a heavy rock on top of any containers we didn’t want them digging into. They are smart little critters. We never know when a thief is going to come.
God’s word says
~”But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night …” 2 Timothy 3:10
~”Behold, I am coming as a thief…” Revelation 16:15
