Who are we?

The Center for promoting lifelong learning – CPIP is a non-governmental, non-profit institution active in the educational and social field.

Lifelong Learning
We promote the culture of “lifelong learning” through the active involvement of community members in developing a coherent implementation strategy of the concept and practice of lifelong learning.
Social involvement
We develop specific programs which facilitate the communication of the asociation’s values within a heterogenous, multiethnic, multilingual, multicultural community.
Counseling and training
We organize permanent and temporary classes, seminars, and workshops with internal and international attendance.
Project development
We develop alternative programs with an educational or informative character.

What do we do?

We develop national and international projects on various social and educational topics. Our projects are co-financed by the European Commission wthrough various programs designed for education, culture and audio-visual tools

Services

Our expertise has over 10 years of activity in the field of training and education on the European market, focusing on projects co-financed by the European Commission.

Project devlopment

Our team has has vast experience in all segments of a co-financed project, from coming up with the idea up untill delivering the final report and further exploiting the results.

Training

Our specialists, with solid training in educational sciences, are ready to work on a training concept from the initial phase of objective and competency list to the actual delivery and evaluation of the experience. We have developed a team focused on training which is up to date with the newest methods and capable of incorporating mobile technology and virtual learning platforms into any concept.

External evaluation

One of the strong points of CPIP is the cummulation of knowledge and a competitive team with a complex perspective on project implementation at a European level. We are qualified to have an impartial oppinion, a role which receives more and more importance in the evaluation of co-financed projects as a quality assurance measure.

Rodica Pana

Central project coordination, Manager and team leader in large scale educational projects in social sector, from 1992. Researcher in adult education and in open and distant learning. Writing and implementing EU projects. The main activities and responsibilities are to representing the institution in international project, developing projects, managing budgetary aspects. Fluent in English, Hungarian and German.

Daiana Huber
daiana.huber@cpip.ro

Graduate in Educational and Political Sciences, working in adult education field and in project management. Since 2000 is involved in European projects (Grundtvig, Leonardo daVinci, Minerva) and in Structural Funds projects (development of human resources). Her expertise is in public policy education, juvenile and adult justice systems, public safety, gangs & violent youth. Daiana is a trained lobbyist. Fluent in English, Spanish and French.

Ana-Maria Tanase

Bachelor degree in Communication Sciences and a Master’s degree focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from West University of Timisoara. She is an experienced Senior Researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit organization management industry. She is skilled in Mastermind, Consumer Behavior, Youth Development, Mentoring, Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Campaign Management, Event Management, and Social Media. She has a wide expertise in developing and implementing projects under ERASMUS+. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Andrada Safta
andrada.safta@cpip.ro

Since 2019, she has been working as the Communication Officer and PR expert within the CPIP team. Her responsibilities extend beyond disseminating information, ensuring that the organization’s message is effectively communicated to its target audience. Through strategic communication efforts, she contributes to raising awareness, building partnerships and defining CPIP’s mission to promote lifelong learning and European cooperation.

Alex Ursulescu

Law graduated of the West University of Timisoara, with specialization in Constitutional Law. He has participated in several educational programs within the faculty, including an internship at the Timisoara Court of Appeal. He is fluent in English.

Over 15 years of experience in the creative industries. Passionate about technology and visual arts, Sami is the team member who communicates through images and gives color to all developed materials.
