COVADIS

COVADIS by Géomédia S.A. is a comprehensive civil engineering and land surveying suite that extends AutoCAD and BricsCAD with specialized tools for topography, terrain modeling, parcel management, site design, and underground utility networks. Designed for surveyors, civil engineers, and public works teams, it streamlines field-to-finish workflows—from raw survey data and digital terrain models to annotated plans, profiles, and quantity takeoffs.

Key capabilities:

• Survey and adjustment: Import data from total stations and GNSS, manage control networks, and perform least-squares adjustments.
• Terrain modeling: Build DTMs with breaklines and contours; generate profiles, cross-sections, and cut/fill volume reports.
• Parcels and cadastre: Create, edit, and balance parcels and subdivisions; produce legal plans and annotations.
• Site and utilities: Design grading, drainage, and utility networks; automate labeling and plan production to local standards.
• Interoperability: Work natively in DWG and exchange data via LandXML, DXF/DWG, SHP, and common survey formats.

COVADIS is often paired with Géomédia’s AutoPISTE for advanced roadway alignments and corridor modeling, creating an integrated platform for land development projects.
