Cool Timer is a handy and simple application that offers three different modes: as an alarm clock, countdown timer, or stopwatch. It features a colorful, customizable user interface which is really easy to use but not really attractive. You can choose one out of several cool color schemes, and also specify the program's window size. This application can be used for multiple purposes, for instance, the countdown mode can be used an oven timer for cooking, taking a break, exercising, limiting your children's time on the computer, among others. The timer can be set for a maximum of 100 hours, sent to the system tray, or simply minimized. When it pops up, it plays a sound file (wav, mp3, or midi format) or one of several built-in sounds determined by you, and it also offers the ability to display a customized LED light board style text message. It also enables you to save and reload frequently used lengths of time or presets, so that you can quickly and easily set time on the timer. This version has many bugs fixed. It supports Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista, VB6 Runtime.
