With years of hands-on experience in offshoring, founder Steve Evans saw firsthand where the traditional BPO model fell short. Built for speed and cost, it often failed to deliver the quality, consistency and performance organisations required. Steve saw an opportunity to set a new standard for offshoring – one focused on performance and long-term value.

Steve is the CEO and founder of ConnectOS, established to transform the offshoring industry by delivering excellent outcomes, long-term value for clients, and creating happy, high-performing teams that thrive.

Gerard leads the ConnectOS Sales team, driving global expansion and building strong, long-term client partnerships. With over 15 years of experience across the APAC region, he brings deep expertise in staffing, talent strategy and workforce solutions. Based in Melbourne, Gerard is passionate about connecting world-class Filipino talent with global opportunities.

Rob leads Operations and Solutions Development at ConnectOS, specialising in building scalable offshoring strategies that drive operational efficiency and long-term value. Born in the Philippines, he built his career in the United States before relocating to Australia, bringing a global perspective and nearly two decades of experience in optimising IT and business operations. Rob partners with clients to streamline offshore delivery and improve performance across IT, finance and shared services.

Narelle leads client success at ConnectOS, bringing deep expertise in building high-performing offshore teams across finance, credit, compliance and customer experience. She works closely with clients to scale and transition operations effectively, aligning people, processes and performance to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Bianca leads the Marketing function at ConnectOS, bringing over 10 years of experience driving growth across the APAC, Americas and European markets. Based in Melbourne, she specialises in building strong brands and scalable marketing strategies that support global organisations in building high-performing offshore teams.

Joy leads ConnectOS’ Finance operations, overseeing financial planning, reporting, procurement, payroll, and employee benefits. With a focus on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency, she ensures the financial health of the organisation and supports our people through well-managed programs. Joy is based in the UAE, adding to our global finance leadership footprint.

Ben leads the Human Resources team at ConnectOS, overseeing HR operations, compliance, employee experience, and people programs. He works closely with senior leaders to ensure HR strategies support business needs, organizational development, and evolving workforce priorities.

Dani leads ConnectOS’ Corporate Services team, creating an exceptional workplace for our people and clients. She is responsible for administrative operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our office-based and hybrid teams, and our international clients during site visits.

Vince is based in the United States and works with enterprise clients on strategic offshore workforce planning. He partners with senior stakeholders to develop scalable solutions aligned with evolving business needs and long-term growth objectives.

Based in Australia, Clare brings nearly two decades of international experience across the UK and APAC. She has worked with some of the world’s leading brands to shape the workforce strategies and build scalable, high-performing teams. At ConnectOS, she advises business leaders on aligning talent and culture to support sustainable growth.

Based in New South Wales, Alison leads sales and client relationship efforts across the APAC region. She works closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for offshoring, helping them reimagine workforce structure and solve capability gaps through smarter, cost-effective models.

Based in Manila, El leads ConnectOS’ sales and business development across the EMEA region. She partners with organisations design Integrated Resourcing strategies that address talent shortages and support long-term growth through scalable offshore solutions.

Jo is based in Manila and manages sales support and relationship development across the US market. She helps clients explore tailored offshoring models that improve agility, drive efficiencies, and strengthen their workforce strategy.

Based in Manila, Erika supports small to medium businesses in building offshore teams that scale with their growth. She works closely with global clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored, cost-effective workforce solutions that drive efficiency and flexibility.
