Hi, I suggest to add two value filters "contains not" and "ends" for reports. Excel also supports "equals" and "equals not". Example use case: Search all entries with process names that don't contain the search needle (e.g. a prefix). To get this result it is necessary to create an extra view as workaround. Hi, when a date column is chosen as x axis and the data series contains discrete values over time (count of applications, temperature, share price, ...) it would be great having the aggregation type "Latest value". The latest value is dependent of the time range that gets used on the x axis. This could be day, week, month, ... and would be needed too. If there are multiple values for one day, week, month, ... the latest should be used of this range. If values steadily increase "Maximal value (...)
Hi, I suggest a new feature that supports to duplicate an existing dashboard with all its content, data sources, configurations ... Sometimes dashboards get bigger and bigger and it can be necessary to have a new more abstract dashboard that contains less widgets e.g. With a duplicate it would be much more efficient to just delete the unnecessary widgets instead of creating all stuff from scratch. Hi, it would be great if the preview of a data source value would not only display the filter but also the selected return column and number of rows for return. I've attached a little mockup. Hi, it would be great if data tables would not only support sorting in the portal but filtering too as it is supported in reports. Moreover I suggest to enable the override sort settings in the Studio for a data table to set a default sort order. I am currently working on WEBCON BPS version 2025.2.1.304 and I have noticed an inconsistency in the Leave Schedule / Absence Chart. For planned leaves, I can simply click the bar on the chart to navigate directly to the workflow instance (presumably thanks to the linkage via the PLN_WFID column). However, for historical leaves, clicking does nothing, and there is no way to open the related request directly from the chart. Hi, form fields in the Objects tab of the form rule editor don’t get displayed in standard mode. Only when switching to JS mode the form fields appear. In the form rule editor of a Validate form action the form fields appear in the Objects tab. Hi, REST web services may need some custom headers for authentication, content-type, authorization and so on. Right now one has to configure those custom headers for each REST web services data source and invoke action using the connection. My suggestion is to add default custom headers in the connection as Postman does it in the configuration of its collections. Dear Community, The migration of privileges (https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/migration-of-privileges/190/4) is a very useful tool for copying permissions from one user to another. At the moment, however, it operates only on a global level. It would be highly beneficial to extend this functionality by introducing a filtering option that allows administrators to specify which applications or processes should be included in the migration. Hi, it would be great if there would be AND and OR operators in the mandatory standars filters of a report and BPS internal view. Between the individual filters a AND/OR selection would realize this suggestion. It would be even better if some filters could be grouped for having eg: (Group 1 A and B and C ) OR (Group 2 D and E ) The logic operator inbetween a group could be restricted to be the same to keep it less comlex. Hi, if a column (e.g. with checkboxes) gets to narrow its title gets cut. By simply adding a HTML title attribute with the column name to the div holding the column title the title gets displayed on mouse hover. I’ve attached a screenshot with the suggested modification. Kind regards Sébastien
Hi, please unlock the dropdown in the offset setting of a timer. If so it would be possible to select eg 15 minutes to have a delay before the first activation. The „workaround“ with a technical field that gets set NOW + 15 minutes wouldn‘t be necessary with this enabled selection. Hi, an automation can have parameters with given data types. In the parameter settings there is a small icon showing the data type. When using the automation there are no icons to indicate the data type. That's why we write the data type as prefix in the parameter name as a workaround. Hi, if we have a process relation the mail for such a workflow will be the "primary" application. If we want to change this "primary" application, we currently need to: - Remove all presentation elements in the target application - Delete the relation in the target application - Move the process - Recreate all presentation elements This takes a lot of time. It's quicker to fiddle around in the database. But this is neither supported nor even an option in the multi-tenant SaaS. If (...)
