To streamline the mobile experience, the legacy WEBCON mobile application (for environments up to 2023) will be delisted from the iOS App Store and Google Play by the end of 2025, reflecting its unsupported status in the compatibility roadmap. The WEBCON Portal and its applications will remain fully accessible on mobile devices via a web browser, while users of newer WEBCON versions should continue using the current mobile application available in the stores.

As of version 2026 R2, the "Anomalies" and "Suggested" reports will no longer be available in the WEBCON BPS platform.
