VISION

To be recognised as the leading expert in building character, confidence and self-worth in young people. We want to help build a generation of resilient young people, armed with the life-skills they need to thrive in the challenging world in which we live. We want all children to recognise the unique skills and talent that they possess, and we’ll guide and nurture them to become the best version of themselves.

MISSION

Using a robust, well-rounded, and fun-filled approach, we empower young people so that they can reach their potential. Through our RESPECT framework, and with a highly-skilled and uniquely experienced team of inspirational role models and education professionals, we work with schools and teachers to create a powerful syllabus of characterbased learning. Our considered approach, split between the classroom and outdoor activities, plays a leading role in the positive shaping of resilient and confident young people.

Unstoppable You

Unstoppable You is a character education programme for EYFS, KS1 & KS2, delivered through an interactive digital platform that brings learning to life through immersive, mission-led experiences. Grounded in a clear framework of values, it helps pupils build resilience, confidence, teamwork and leadership through engaging, real-world challenges.

Inspire to Achieve

Inspire to Achieve is a role-model led programme where inspirational speakers visit your school to support the development of character, teamwork and resilience in young people. It helps pupils connect ambition with real-world experiences, motivating them to believe in what they can achieve.

Let’s Play

Let’s Play is a pupil-led play enrichment programme that promotes positive behaviour and a proactive mindset during unstructured times. It brings structure, purpose and inclusivity to break and lunchtime play, helping pupils engage more positively with each other.

Lead The Way

A leadership and transition programme designed to empower young people with essential skills, confidence, and responsibility. Accredited by AQA, helping students develop recognised leadership qualities for school and beyond.

Enrichment

From School Orienteering and Outdoor Adventurous Activities (OAA) to immersive Enrichment Event Days like Quidditch, our programmes help schools deliver active, inclusive experiences that engage every pupil.
