At Codoplex, we want you to be completely satisfied with our WordPress themes, plugins, and Weebly apps. Because our products are digital licenses tied to server-side whitelisting, the following terms apply to all refund requests.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If our technical modules or services do not function as described in our documentation or live previews, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following:

  • Technical Support First: Before a refund is issued, our support team must be given the opportunity to troubleshoot the integration on your specified Site ID. Many issues are caused by simple CSS conflicts or theme-specific restrictions that we can easily resolve for you.
  • Verification: To process a refund, you must provide the specific Website URL or Weebly Site ID associated with the license so we can de-authorize the software.

2. Processing of Refunds

All transactions on our website are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record.

  • Direct Processing: Refunds are issued directly through Paddle to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timeline: Once approved by Codoplex, Paddle typically processes the funds within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • License Deactivation: Upon the issuance of a refund, your license key will be permanently blacklisted, and all server-side whitelisting for your domain will be revoked.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

While we strive to be flexible, certain cases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-Party Marketplace Purchases: If you purchased our apps directly through the Weebly App Center or other external marketplaces, you must follow their specific billing and refund policies. We cannot manually refund transactions made outside of our website.
  • Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who act in bad faith or attempt to use the refund policy to obtain software for free through repeated “purchase and refund” cycles.
  • Bundle partials: Refunds are not available for individual items within a “Bundle” purchase. Refunds apply to the entire bundle transaction only.

4. Transaction Fees

Unlike many processors, Paddle typically handles the return of the full purchase price to the customer. You will receive the amount you paid in full, unless otherwise stated by the payment provider at the time of the transaction.
