Créé en août 2017, le Collectif d’éducation et de diffusion anarcho-syndicaliste (CEDAS) est formé de militants anarchistes de différents endroits du Québec (Canada). Après une pause de 2 ans, le collectif renait en septembre 2023 sous la forme d’un groupe de travail au sein du GRIP-Concordia.

Nous sommes un collectif bilingue anglais-français. Nous travaillons aussi avec du matériel en espagnol. Notre but est de diffuser les idées anarcho-syndicalistes pour faciliter la mise en pratique de stratégies révolutionnaires, égalitaires, anarchistes afin de lutter contre les oppressions spécifiques et l’exploitation capitaliste (privé ou d’État). Nous nous inscrivions dans une démarche d’éducation populaire et d’auto-formation. Nous souhaitons que cette démarche alimente des débats dans les mouvements sociaux (syndicaux, communautaires, etc.) ainsi qu’au sein des groupes sociaux opprimés et exploités afin de que collectivement nous puissions radicaliser nos pratiques et perspectives de changement social.

Created in August 2017, the Anarcho-Syndicalist Collective for Education and Diffusion (ASCED) is made up of anarchist militants from different parts of Quebec province (Canada). After a two year break, the collective comes back to life as a working group within QPIRG-Concordia.

We are a French-English bilingual collective. We also work with Spanish material. Our aim is to spread anarcho-syndicalist ideas to facilitate the application of revolutionary, egalitarian, anarchist strategies in the mean to fight against specific oppression and capitalist exploitation (in both it’s private and statist forms). Our approach was popular education and self-education. We wish that this process feeds debates in social movements (community groups, unions) and among oppressed and exploited social groups so that collectively we can radicalize our practices and social change perspectives.
