As a leading cat welfare charity, we know that a visit to the vet can be stressful, both for cats and their owners or caregivers. More than 1 in 3 cats currently don’t visit the vet for their recommended yearly check-up, with stress being one of the key reasons.

Cat Friendly Clinic aims to change that and ensure every cat gets the care they need to live a happy and healthy life.

A Cat Friendly Clinic is designed to meet the unique needs of cats, creating a more positive experience and providing a higher standard of veterinary care.

• From the reception team to the veterinary professionals, all staff are committed to interacting with cats gently and respectfully

• The clinic environment has been set up with the needs of cats in mind, to reduce stress and improve the veterinary experience 

• The clinic has met iCatCare accreditation standards and has the right knowledge and equipment to best care for cats  

Since 2012, over 4000 veterinary clinics in more than 50 countries have become accredited Cat Friendly Clinics, dedicated to improving wellbeing and making vet visits easier for cats and their caregivers.
