Truly had the sweetest time at Catalina Kitchen. Elly was a wonderful and friendly server who went above and beyond. She was attentive, funny, and kind, making my experience (although short) very memorable. I look forward to my next visit!

If you go here on Saturday morning, you can enjoy both a buffet and a brunch menu. The buffet includes steak, which is quite good! The fruits are very fresh too. Highly recommend trying their weekend brunch!

Catalina Kitchen is a beautiful restaurant located at Terranea in Palos Verdes with excellent food and amazing service. The seafood buffet on Friday nights is a great time to visit with lots of great choice and the food is all very fresh and high quality. The buffet featured crab legs, claws, shrimp, sushi, 3 or 4 cuts of beef, and a wide selection of hot and cold dishes from risotto to scampi, chicken, salmon, and it goes on. Catalina Kitchen staff was very attentive and helpful.. the service was really top notch. They offer convenient valet parking and special menus and buffets so check the schedule for special events. The resort is in the most incredible location with waves crashing the the rocky cliffs, endless trails and breathtaking views there is so much to do and see beyond the restaurants. Overall Catalina was a great experience and highly recommended.

They tailored the orders exactly to our requests and even prepared low-salt options for my elderly father, which meant so much to us. Mr. Jerry Bullock truly made our experience unforgettable. Plenty of heater-lamps and fire pits on this brisk evening. Heather and Miles along with their support staff were perfectly attentive. Dishes were served adequately spaced for an un-rushed experience. The Parmesan crusted asparagus appetizer was double the portion I was expecting. Light and crispy exterior and delicious all around. I recommend the bone-in ribeye. It came with mashed potatoes and a vegetable. A nice variety of desserts available and the three we had were all delicious in their own right. This was my fourth time at this restaurant and I’m looking forward to my next visit already.

Lovely, overlooking the ocean with views out to Catalina. Delicious Chilean sea bass - buttery, served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Generous portion of tuna tartare. Good cocktails. Good prices, too
