Needs Assessment
The CAR’s 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) program was developed following a thorough review of learning gaps, informed by multiple sources of evidence that captured both perceived and unperceived needs. These findings were further refined through consultation with subject matter experts and guided by the experience and expertise of the Scientific Planning Committee. In addition, a historical analysis of educational content from the past ten ASMs was considered to ensure balanced coverage and novelty. Feedback from the previous year’s evaluations was also carefully reviewed to shape the program’s focus and introduce innovative changes that better address the needs of the target audience.
Target Audience
This meeting is designed for all general and subspecialty radiologists as well as radiology residents and fellows whose work involves performing or interpreting images, determining appropriateness, and using advanced equipment and tools to help guide therapeutic decision-making and help improve clinical outcomes.
