Cap b2i is a web-based platform developed by the Rectorat de Rouen to help schools plan, document, and validate students’ digital competencies under the B2i (Brevet informatique et internet) framework. It streamlines the full workflow: students self-assess against clear skill statements; teachers review evidence, give feedback, and validate competencies; and administrators monitor progress across classes and schools. Cap b2i provides intuitive dashboards, role-based access, and printable progress summaries and certificates, making it easy to track individual and group attainment over time. Designed for the French education system, it supports multiple grade levels and promotes consistent, standards-aligned evaluation of digital literacy.
