CADAM is a CAD application developed by Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. Unfortunately, it is not available for public downloading. The only way to obtain the software is to contact its developer. Alternatively, you can use CyclicED, GeoMotions Suite, FloodArea, or Civil Engineering by WAGmob.
