Biden and ‘teams’ action not incompetence but deliberate

The whole Afghanistan debacle was a deliberate plan. Laura Logan nails it. In a spectacle unseen before, Biden’s miscreants blew the USA and its citizens to hell. Leaving who knows how many to suffer and die.

Biden, the pompous fool, plays the senile old fool that he is. No. Those behind the curtain? This was a set up.

 

 

Does anyone really think this just happened?

 

The Biden administration moved in June to dismantle a system designed to protect American citizens trapped abroad — just months before the Taliban took over Afghanistan, stranding thousands of Americans in the Central Asian country.

Fox News has obtained the June 11 memo sent around the State Department which gave the green light on the “discontinuation of the establishment, and the termination of, the Contingency and Crisis Response Bureau (CCR).”

The sensitive but unclassified memo was signed by Deputy Secretary of State Brian McKeon, just a couple of months before the Biden administration’s botched troop withdrawal that saw Afghanistan fall under Taliban control.

CCR was formed under Trump-era Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and was tasked with providing “aviation, logistics, and medical support capabilities for the Department’s operational bureaus, thereby enhancing the secretary’s ability to protect American citizens overseas in connection with overseas evacuations in the aftermath of a natural or man-made disaster.”

Flynn Case plot thickens – the Judge asks Mueller for “Exculpatory Evidence”

The plot thickens on the Flynn case. It turns out it was the Judge not Flynn’s lawyer who is after the “exculpatory evidence.” I have my own guess on some of it. Keep in mind this is a new judge, not  Contreras the judge that was ready to sentence him in his plea agreement.

Last year, The Gateway Pundit asked: Was President Trump’s National Security Advisor tricked into meeting with the FBI without a lawyer?

Back to the story at hand.

The federal judge assigned to the criminal case against Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn has ordered Special Counsel Robert Mueller to turn over any “exculpatory evidence” to Flynn’s defense team.

Oddly, however, Flynn’s legal team did not make this request. Instead, Judge Emmet G. Sullivan issued the order “sua sponte,” or at his discretion, invoking the “Brady Rule” – which requires prosecutors to turn over previously unfiled evidence that might have a material impact on a defendant’s case. Interestingly, two days before the order Mueller filed a motion for an agreed-upon protective order regarding the use of evidence in the case, including “sensitive materials,” provided to Flynn’s lawyers by the office of the Special Counsel.

Judge Andrew Napolitano addressed Sullivan’s decision on Tuesday, saying The judge on his own, not in response to any application from General Flynns lawyers says, “By the way, I want all exculpatory evidence, evidence that could help Flynn or hurt the government turned over to Flynns lawyers.”

Why would he we want that after General Flynn has already pleaded guilty? That is unheard of. He must suspect a defect in the guilty plea. Meaning, he must have reason to believe that General Flynn pleaded guilty for some reason other than guilt.

Did FBI Peter Strzok setup FLynn? Judge now recused, Sentencing postponed UPDATE!

We learn from this little gem, that it was FBI Peter Strzok was the man who so called “nailed” Flynn. Earlier reporters stated that the original agents who interviewed Flynn did not find enough to believe that Flynn intentionally lied. Flynn did not have the energy nor funds to mount an expensive defense. It is reported that he has already lost his house, thus accepted the plea deal.

Now we find the Judge was recused. Judge Sullivan takes over. I am adding this Update!

What If Michael Flynn Did Not Actually Lie to the FBI? – Breitbart

In fact, we know — as the Wall Street Journal noted on Saturday — that former FBI Director James Comey told the House Intelligence Committee on March 2 that Flynn had not lied to the FBI, but had merely forgotten what had been said in his conversations. It is not hard to imagine that might have happened; he was on vacation in the Dominican Republic when one of the conversations allegedly took place.

But I digress -back to the story:

Special counsel Robert Mueller has requested the postponement of former National Security Advisor Gen. Michael Flynn’s sentencing. 

“Due to the status of the Special Counsel’s investigation, the parties do not believe that this matter is ready to be scheduled for a sentencing hearing at this time,” the special counsel asked the court.

The court filing states a date to sentence Flynn could not be determined by the special counsel at this time and that 90-day extension is be required.

As The Gateway Pundit reported last December, U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras was recused from Flynn’s criminal case. Emmet G. Sullivan now oversees over the trial.

Last year, The Gateway Pundit asked: Was President Trump’s National Security Advisor tricked into meeting with the FBI without a lawyer?

Fox News host Sean Hannity and reporter Sara Carter have suggested Flynn may have been tricked into having the interview with disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok without a lawyer.
