Democrat President Candidate Dean Phillips Might Just Shock the NH Primary

Watch out for the sleeper Democrat presidential candidate Dean Phillips. Some polls show his support as high as 30 percent against Biden. Add that Biden is not on the ballot in NH. Phillips has been toiling away gathering votes. For someone that has received almost zero media coverage that ain’t too shabby as they say down my way.

We also have Marianne Williamson as well who trundles along in the primaries. Both now are opposing Biden in the upcoming New Hampshire, South Carolina and yes, the Iowa Democrat caucus yet to be held.  Both NH and SC are open primaries.

It may explain why Biden has commenced a massive campaign of encouraging voters to write in his name. Up to now the Dems were happy enough to cause a bit of mayhem in the GOP primary.

U.S. Rep. Dean Phillips, a Democrat who represents Minnesota’s 3rd Congressional District, said his run for president has already been a win.

“I’m practicing democracy. I’ve had the most extraordinary 90 days of my life. I’ve been reinvigorated about our great country. I’ve met people with the most people stories, the most heartbreaking stories,” Phillips told Boston Public Radio in Manchester, New Hampshire, one day before the state’s primary. “And I showed up. And that was my mission, is to demonstrate that in this country we do not do coronations, we have competitions.”

Fascist Colorado Supreme Court Disqualifies Trump From 2024 Ballot.

The United States has lost its ability to lecture any other country about “democracy”.

The GOP must immediately go to court and file the same charges against President Biden for not securing the borders. Of course it will be doubtful that a Republican judge would rule the same way. Let alone a state Supreme court. Talk about a Fascism.  What they accuses others is exactly what they have in mind.

Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump will not be on the ballot in Colorado in 2024 thanks to their far-left Supreme Court if Colorado has their way.

The Court dubiously cited Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.

Trump did not engage in an insurrection nor has been charged with one.

Gateway Pundit reported that this ruling came in response to a suit brought by the George Soros-funded Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics (CREW). CBS News previously reported the group filed its lawsuit against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and Trump in September, arguing the 45th president is disqualified from public office under Section 3.

The Colorado Supreme Court on Tuesday disqualified Trump from the 2024 ballot.

All 7 Colorado Supreme Court justices were appointed by Democrats – 3 of the justices dissented to Tuesday’s ruling.

In its ruling, the Democrat-controlled court found that Trump engaged in insurrection by inflaming his supporters with false claims of election fraud and directing them to the Capitol. The state justices determined that the office of the president is covered under the insurrection clause, which specifically lists those who previously took oaths to support the Constitution as “a member of Congress,” “officer of the United States,” “member of any State legislature” or an “executive or judicial officer of any State.” The district court had previously ruled that the office of the president was not covered under the clause.

The majority opinion was unsigned but joined by four of the seven justices.

RNC will not back Trump if he runs again in 2024 primary

Nope. In an apparent rush to make sure that a new political party is born, our gal Ronna, the chair of the RNC says not going to do it. Will stay neutral. Oh, but by the way, she sure wants Trump to help us in 2022 getting back the House. Who knows, maybe even the Senate.

Of course, its all about the bucks. Rona is afraid the big fat PAC monies won’t find their way into the GOP coffers. You know, we need more RINO’s.

A granddaughter of Michigan Governor and businessman George W. Romney and niece of U.S. Senator Mitt Romney, as RNC Chair, she has been known for her prolific fundraising. It is said she is a major supporter of Trump.

The past four years under Rona’s stewardship we have lost the House, Senate and the Presidency. Trump picked her it is said, and she was re-elected in January. Sure, the RNC is suppose to stay neutral, but why not remain mute until the dust settles while Trump is under major attack with the upcoming impeachment??? Why agitate all those red MAGA hat wearers?

 

 

The Republican National Committee (RNC) will not back former President Trump if he chooses to run for office again in 2024 and will instead remain neutral, RNC chair Ronna McDaniel indicated in a Wednesday interview with the Associated Press.

“The party has to stay neutral. I’m not telling anybody to run or not to run in 2024,” McDaniel said, walking the fine line as polls continue to indicate that a sizeable portion of the GOP base continues to back and support the former president.

“That’s going to be up to those candidates going forward. What I really do want to see him do, though, is help us win back majorities in 2022,” she told the outlet.

Jason Miller, 2020 senior adviser to the Trump campaign, stated that Trump is committed to that goal.

He said Trump “made clear his goal is to win back the House and Senate for Republicans in 2022” despite rumors of the former president planning to forge a party outside of the Republican Party.

“There’s nothing that’s actively being planned regarding an effort outside of that,” he added.

Tlaib and Omar face the voters next week in a primary showdown

A sleeper story that looms like a beacon of hope that two of the Marxist congressional “squad” members could be dispensed with next week in a primary show down. Less likely would be a loss of Omar but Tlaib is another story. Here tis:

In seven days, Rep. Rashida Tlaib will defend the congressional seat she won in 2018. Her opponent is Brenda Jones, the Detroit City Council president whom Tlaib defeated by just 900 votes out of 90,000 cast in that year’s primary. One week later, Tlaib’s fellow “squad” member, Rep. Ilhan Omar, will try to stave off challenger Antone Melton-Meaux.

Tlaib faces a tough fight. As Dave Weigel of the Washington Post points out, Tlaib’s narrow 2018 victory came in a primary that featured a splintered field. Nearly two-thirds of voters supported one of Tlaib’s rivals. All of the candidates who ran behind Tlaib and Jones in 2018 have endorsed Jones this time around. One of them is Ian Conyers, a former state senator and grandnephew of former congressman John Conyers.

Is Tlaib more popular now than she was in 2016? Probably not.

Meanwhile, Ilhan Omar’s opponent faces no shortage of money. As Scott has noted, Antone Melton-Meaux, is flush. He has raised $3.7 million. This enabled him to run a steady stream of direct mail and TV ads against Omar. According to Weigel, these ads portray Omar as “aggressive” and corrupt, emphasizing some of her fundraising scandals. One such scandal involves a misuse of funds for travel, which Omar paid a 2019 fine to settle. The other focuses on her funneling campaign money to her (latest) husband’s political consulting firm. Omar’s voters will get exactly what they deserve if they put this crook back in congress. On second thought why has she not been held accountable for her illegal acts? If this had been a GOPer the Dems would have had their teeth set in like a good pit bull and not let up until she paid the price.

Andrew Yang sues over the cancellation of NY Democrat primary

Former presidential candidate Andrew Yang is suing the New York State Board of Elections over their decision to cancel the Democratic presidential primary.

Nothing like seeing the Democrats get their knickers in a knot. If New York is anything like our state, there are numerous other candidates on the primary ballot as well as “questions” to be approved or disapproved. How about the opportunity for “write in” candidates? No doubt removal of Sanders name would take the starch out of Sanders voters and “suppress the turnout”…….. smile here..  🙂 This will not cancel the primary itself.

Then what happens to his delegates?  Therein lies the mystery and and intrigue begins as many wonder if and when the democrats will dump Biden.

The canceling of the primary – which was originally scheduled to be held Tuesday before being postponed to June 23 — complicates the delegate selection process as there were 274 convention delegates at stake in New York’s primary. While it’s clear Biden’s the presumptive nominee, there are other things — like party platform and rules –that delegates vote on at conventions.

“Any substantive change to a state’s first determining step in allocating delegates like this one will need to be reviewed by the DNC’s Rules and By-Laws Committee,” David Bergstein, a Democratic National Committee spokesman, told Fox News. “Once the state party submits an updated selection plan on how they plan on allocating delegates, the committee will look at that plan and make a determination.”

The lawsuit, filed on Monday, argues that Yang should be kept on the ballot as he has met all the requirements and did not ask to be removed. Yang and seven other New Yorkers who filed to serve the former candidate as delegates to the Democratic National Convention (DNC) are the plaintiffs of the suit, as well as Jonathan Herzog, a longshot contender running against Democratic New York Congressman Jerry Nadler.

Yang’s removal “denies voters due process and denies voters the right to vote, and therefore must be invalidated removing the authority for the Defendant to take the actions complained of herein,” they wrote in the suit, first reported by Politico.

Yang criticized New York’s presidential primary cancelation in the lawsuit. It would be “suppressing voter turnout as voters will have less incentive to vote if they cannot cast a vote for the highest office in the land, and thereby negatively impact challenger candidates,” he wrote.

Sanders’ campaign has also condemned the decision and called for it to be overturned.

“Historic” Minnesota Muslim primary winner marries brother, already married

So we have a 33-year-old Somali who gets herself over here to Minnesota. Already married with three kids, decides to add her brother as a husband even though it is immigration fraud as well as bigamy and whatever marrying your brother is. I leave that to you. Then what do you know, now wins the primary of the DFL whatever party that is, but apparently the same as Muslim Congressman Ellison, to the State Legislature. Congrats America. She is celebrated by the Star Tribune with the headline ‘Relentless’ Ilhan Omar sealed historic win in Minnesota legislative battle. No mention of the illegal activity and anyway, who cares. Here tis:

Somali American Ilhan Omar defeated 22-term incumbent Phyllis Kahn for the nomination of the DFL to serve as the representative of House District 60B in the state legislature. Omar came in first in a three-way primary race for the nomination in Tuesday’s primary. When elected, Omar will be the first Somali American to serve in the Minnesota legislature.

The Star Tribune hailed Omar’s victory as “historic” in a celebratory day-after story. –

A Somali post further notes that Omar married her brother Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in 2009, implying that the latter marriage assisted his entry into the United States. Her brother was a British citizen. “As soon as Ilhan Omar married him,” the post continues, “he started university at her [a]lma mater North Dakota State University where he graduated in 2012. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Minneapolis where he was living in a public housing complex and was later evicted. He then returned to the United Kingdom where he now lives.”

Somali website Somalispot posted information last week suggesting Omar’s involvement in marriage and immigration fraud. The post notes that Omar married Ahmed Hirsi in 2002. Hirsi is the father of Omar’s three children. Omar is depicted with Hirsi and their children on Omar’s campaign website
