DHS Mayorkas Makes the Cable Rounds over ‘Disinformation Board’

Mayorkas made the cable rounds on Sunday and it wasn’t pretty. CNN’s Bash stepped up her game and actually pressed and asked him what if Trump had set up this Disinformation Board.

CNN asks “what exactly will this disinformation board do?” Mayorkas: “The fact is that disinformation that creates a threat to the security of the homeland is our responsibility to address.”

The interview only descends after his spin into the absurdity of 18,000 “immigrants” a day stepping into our little piece of heaven.

Am I the only one who finds this man gives off the creepy vibe?

The board won’t directly censor anyone, it will tell the platforms who to censor, under penalty of law.

President Biden’s disinformation chief Nina Jankowicz sang about dead child sex with fictional character Harry Potter, as she participated in the “wizard rock band” called “The Moaning Myrtles,” which released several songs detailing such fantasies.

Jankowicz, the radical left-winger heading up the Department of Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board, or “Ministry of Truth,” was apparently a huge Harry Potter fan — enough to create a band with her friend Lauren Fairweather in the 2000s. According to Spotify, the albums came out in 2007 and 2008, meaning Jankowicz was presumably 18 when the first album dropped.

 

But of course it is very dangerous….

Biden sets up ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ to combat fake news headed by Russia ‘expert’

What do you call it when a disinformation czar is the arbiter of disinformation? A Nina Jankowicz. The new Minister of Truth. They are lifting ideas directly from the pages of 1984 now.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified Wednesday that the Department of Homeland Security is creating a “Disinformation Governance Board” to combat misinformation ahead of the 2022 midterms. 

Nina Jankowicz.  A former adviser to Ukraine on strategic communication.

“the focus of the new board would be to stop the spread of misinformation in minority communities, including election misinformation ahead of the 2022 midterms.”  Biden solves this problem as we learn he just signed an executive order to set up a voter registration push including “Drop Boxes” at all Federal Public Housing Facilities..more at the end of this post.

Every single Republican should be making Nina Jankowicz’s appointment as head of The Ministry of Truth central to their campaign. The Democrats are destroying America and now that the country at large sees it, they’re going after American democracy.

Senator Josh Hawley pointed out that Jankowicz told NPR last week that she 'shudders to think about' more free speech on social media platforms after Elon Musk made a bid for Twitter

Does he really think we have forgotten how he never once asked our representative government for authorization before triggering his unilateral fiats from CDC, FDA, TSA and OSHA?

HUD’s voter registration drive comes as part of the “all-of-government” approach described in an executive order from President Joe Biden.

HUD sent guidance to executive directors of more than 3,000 public housing authorities managing about 1.2 million housing units, providing advice on “running a PHA–initiated voter registration drive.”

In government parlance, PHA stands for public housing agency.

Federal housing officials also advised the local agencies on how to apply to become a “voter registration agency under the National Voter Registration Act,” and how to set up drop boxes for ballots on the premises.

The guidance from HUD to local public housing agencies marks the first time in over 25 years that the federal government affirmed that local agencies receiving federal tax dollars may get involved in voter registration, according to the National Low Income Housing Coalition, a nonprofit public housing advocacy group.
