Brooks has performed numerous “Total Site Packages” for our customers that have allowed us to come in and self perform the construction layout, dirt work, all the underground site utilities, concrete, stone and asphalt. We feel that by offering a total site approach, we can save our customers the hassle and cost of dealing with several different subcontractors when they can just work with one. Brooks Construction is the only company in Northeast Indiana that self performs all aspects for Total Site Development.
