I’m so happy she found a home there and closer to my own, too. Dr. Ezgi is a miracle worker who truly cared about me and my treatment of pain.Posted on Kelleen MoriartyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Kylie Reardon changed my life! I have endometriosis and have had life-long vulvodynia and pelvic floor pain. I had always felt like it was silly or self-indulgent to seek care and, frankly, it felt like I had bigger endometrium-fish to fry. But I was super wrong! I worked with Kylie for two years and she gave me back control over my own pelvic floor. I've healed so much and now I have the tools to keep healing. I understand my pain so much better now. I have never felt as alone as I did since before I walked into Kylie's office two years ago.Posted on Chrislin HearnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started working with Kylie at Inspira a little over a year ago and she has helped me manage my chronic conditions so much! When I first started PT, I was in constant pain. Now, my pain is very manageable and I even have days where I am completely pain free. Kylie has taught me how to pay attention to the early signs of a flare and techniques to deal with pain at home. I have gained so much strength since working with her. The 1 on 1 attention is so important for people who are hypermobile and have compensatory movement patterns. If you are hypermobile, I highly recommend working with her at Inspira.Posted on Ariana RaoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. March 18th was my first visit to Inspira Physical Therapy, it is now June 26th and I have now finished my program with Dr Kylie. I was diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) in April 2024 and went to physical therapy places who were not able to comprehend POTS, nor treat it. I happened to stumble across this lovely place during my research and I could not have been more lucky. During my consultation phone call, I remember Dr Kylie saying she will help me reclaim my life back and she really has! She immediately made me feel so comfortable and made our sessions fun and entertaining, as well as educational and helpful. She truly cares about her patients and understands them. My personal POTS program helped me tremendously. Kylie helped me focus on pacing myself so I could function properly and enjoy life, as well as challenged me to do my best with the exercise she tailored specifically towards my needs. She spent many sessions doing hands-on work that always made me feel better and helped relieved leg pain. She helped guide me down a path where I feel comfortable enough to embrace my life and have tools in place for situations that can cause a flair. The staff at the front desk were always so helpful and kind. I cannot recommend this place enough! They truly care for you and make you feel extremely welcomed. Starting physical therapy can be scary and setting goals can be even scarier, yet, Kylie helped me through every step of the way and I am so thankful.Posted on Hannah WebsterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started working with Mila at Inspira almost a year ago, and she has helped me tremendously through chronic back pain. I started out as her PT patient, and she expertly explained why I was having some of the issues I was having and showed me how to change my posture to correct them. Eventually she helped me learn how to use the Pilates reformer, and I started attending her beginner group classes once a week. I’ve never been excited to exercise in a class environment, but attending Mila’s sessions has been so helpful and educational. Even when I came in in pain, by the end of the class I feel I have worked most of it out of my body. The exercises are appropriately hard, and Mila is an extremely competent teacher. She corrects your posture/positioning frequently, but always kindly, and modifies the exercises to suit your specific needs. Never once has she made me feel embarrassed, stressed, or pressured into moving a certain way. If you are interested in moving your body in a healthy and productive way while taking care of yourself, please do not hesitate to go to Inspira! I am moving soon and will miss them a great deal! Thank you, Mila and the Inspira team, for all you’ve done for me.Posted on Zev KindlerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have had a great experience with Melanie and her team. Highly recommended!!Posted on laima m.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Melanie and her team at Inspira have been invaluable for my treatment of chronic migraines. They genuinely care, are good listeners and detailed practitioners. They think and advise in a holistic way that can be so hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone!Posted on Zach MarkinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is an excellent provider. I worked with Dr. Mila to address an abdominal separation which I had and which my PCP at NYU Langone told me the only thing to do was get a surgery for. After a few months of physical therapy with Dr. Mila and then ultimately transitioning to her Pilates classes, I was fully healed, and even healthier than before my original injury. This is top quality, very respectful care, that focuses on teaching you about your own body and how to manage your health. I thought as a man that this clinic may not be set up for me due to the focus on postpartum care and pelvic floor but it was an excellent experience and totally healed my issue. I am very thankful to Dr. Mila and Inspira PT.Posted on Paula BordeloisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was successfully treated at Inspira PT by Dr Melanie Carminati. The therapy consisted of a combination of approaches that included manual treatment techniques (she is incredibly gentle), on-site guided exercises, and a home-exercise program. Melanie is extremely knowledgeable and profesional. She builds trust with the patient through active listening, clear articulation of treatment goals and educates the patient, not only for recovery but for long term prevention of injury/dysfunction. I absolutely recommend her.Posted on Ruth FinkelsteinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. SIMPLY THE BEST!! Better than all the rest! And, best of all, i'm getting better!
