Portfolio
Box Wilson Equity’s portfolio reflects more than a decade of disciplined execution across multiple real estate sectors, with a primary focus on multifamily, self-storage, and manufactured housing communities. Since 2012, the firm has participated in 30 investments across multifamily, self-storage, mobile home parks, and industrial assets. These projects primarily span Texas and the South Eastern United States, combining both direct acquisitions and GP partnerships with proven, vertically integrated operators. Every investment is grounded in the same approach—rigorous underwriting, operational oversight, and full alignment through co-investment on identical terms as our investors.
