At BoxedTech Ltd, we’re committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. To give you complete peace of mind with every purchase, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy covering a wide range of products and potential faults.

All purchases from BoxedTech Ltd come with a robust warranty policy. The warranty period begins on the date your order is placed and covers internal faults that arise during normal use of your device within the specified warranty period.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of repairs carried out by third-party companies unless you receive prior written approval from us. Any unauthorized third-party repairs will void your warranty.

Brand New Devices

All brand-new devices sold by BoxedTech Ltd come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. You may contact the device manufacturer directly for support. If you’re unsure how to reach them, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Refurbished Devices

All refurbished devices from BoxedTech Ltd include a 12-month warranty, except those graded as “Poor” condition, which carry a 3-month warranty.

Batteries

All batteries purchased from BoxedTech Ltd include a 3-month warranty against faults from normal use. Please be aware that battery performance naturally degrades over time with regular use.

While our warranty policy is designed to be thorough, certain conditions and damages are excluded from coverage:

Physical damage such as cracks, scratches, dents, or other signs of misuse, accident, or neglect.

Liquid damage due to exposure to water or any other liquids.

Improper use of the device or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

Damage from third parties including repair or modification attempts by anyone other than BoxedTech Ltd or our authorized service providers.

Network unlocking attempts conducted by you or third parties.

Jailbreaking, rooting, or software modification after purchase.

Damage from third-party accessories or improper accessory use.

Normal wear and tear, such as screen scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic damage.

Software faults or errors that are not caused by hardware defects.

Battery degradation resulting from standard usage patterns or excessive use.

Screen burn or image retention that develops after purchase.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@boxedtech.co.uk. We will provide detailed instructions on how to safely return your device for assessment.

Once received, our technicians will inspect your item to diagnose the issue. If the fault is covered under warranty, we will repair the device or, if repair is not possible, provide a like-for-like replacement.

Our goal is to return your device in full working order as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this process.

If your device does not pass the warranty inspection, we will contact you with the findings. You may choose to:

  • Have the device returned to you free of charge.
  • Receive a repair quote and decide whether to proceed at your own expense.
