MARCH AROUND THE WORLD 2022

In March 2021, I started the March around the World challenge a little too late, ending with 27 films viewed and reviewed. For March 2022, I’d like to actually complete the challenge.

Last year I chose mostly 21st-century features. This year I will choose entirely 21st-century animated features. The selections below are tentative, in alphabetical order by country (see notes). Denmark is the featured country, Flee looks like a pretty great film.

To join in the challenge, follow the directions outlined by Lise.

EDIT:

Mission Accomplished. My top three favorites:

The Breadwinner (IRELAND)
The Wolf House (CHILE)
The Secret World of Arrietty (JAPAN)
