I must preface this by saying I haven't seen the original but this movie sucks.
The score is incredibly cheesy. Like in some scenes, it kinda felt like the score was lifted from a softcore porno...I also thought the writing was weak. Like, she figured out EXACTLY what Pierce Brosnan did in like a day. It makes no sense as there was no real clues as to why she should think that.
There were two things that saved this from being a total abomination; the chemistry between Brosnan and Russo felt real, therefore their scenes together felt believable. And secondly, I liked the twist at the end. I thought that was neat.
Other than that, this movie kinda blows.
