In 1965, Javier Ochoa decided to return to Olite to take charge of the winery after the early death of his father, Adriano. He left behind a dream of becoming a photographer. However, throughout his life, he continued to take photographs, accumulating thousands of images that connect life and wine, witnessing a time and a place.

NEW CHAPTER

In 2025, we write a new chapter in the history of the winery, understanding that we cannot explain who we will be in the future without understanding who we were in the past. That is when we rescued some of our father's photographs. It is then that we rescue some of our father's photographs, simple images but full of history, love, and humanity that feature on the labels of our wines.

The present is a vine budding. It is veraison, it is the harvest, and it is uncorking a bottle. It is a ray of sunshine over the slopes of Traibuenas and the castle of Olite. It is toasting to the birds that return home in spring.

The present is where the emotion of caring for the vineyard and enjoying wines made from the environment, joy, and truth resides.

The present is Beatriz and Adriana. In a moment of change, they embody courage and creativity, responding with conviction, consistency and security. With wines full of a wonderful identity.
