WPCafe Integration – Automate Restaurant Orders and Reservations in WordPress

WPCafe Integration: WPCafe is a powerful WordPress plugin for managing restaurant operations, including table reservations, online orders, and customer interactions.

With WPCafe integration in Bit Integrations, you can automatically send new orders or reservation data from WPCafe to 320+ platforms, including CRMs, Google Sheets, email marketing tools, and webhooks. This means whenever a customer places an order or submits a reservation through WPCafe, Bit Integrations can trigger automation to sync that data with your preferred tools without any manual work.

How to integrate WPCafe with Bit Integrations – Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Create a New Integration

First, open your Bit Integrations dashboard and click the Create Integration button to start WPCafe Automation in WordPress.

Step 2: Select WPCafe as the Trigger

Next, search for and select WPCafe as your Trigger Application from the list of available apps.

Step 3: Choose the Trigger Event

Next, select the event you want to use from the dropdown menu. In this example, we have selected “Reservation Created”.

Step 4: Fetch Reservation Data & Set Action

After selecting the trigger event, click on the Fetch button to capture the submission data. While the Fetch button is active, create a new reservation in WPCafe. Once the reservation is submitted, return to Bit Integrations, you will see that the data has been successfully fetched.

Now, click the “Set Action” button to choose where you want the reservation data to be sent.

A list of supported applications will appear. Select your preferred action app. In this example, we will choose Google Sheets to automatically send and store the Reservation data.

Step 5: Authorize Google Sheets

After selecting Google Sheet as an action, you will be redirected to the authorization page. Enter your Google Client ID and Client Secret, then click Authorize. If you are unsure how to obtain these credentials, follow the linked authorization guide. After successful authorization, click Next to continue.

Step 6: Select Spreadsheet & Map the Fields

Next, select the Google Spreadsheet where you want to store the WPCafe reservation data.

Tip: If you don’t have an existing spreadsheet, create a new one in Google Sheets before proceeding.

After selecting the spreadsheet, choose the specific worksheet where the reservation data should be added. Then, map the fetched fields from WPCafe to the corresponding spreadsheet columns. For example:

  • Reservation Date → Column A
  • Reservation Time → Column B
  • Email → Column C

Once all fields are mapped correctly, click Next to continue with the integration setup.

Finally, click the “Finish & Save” button to complete the setup.

finish & save - the last step

Congratulations! Now you have successfully integrated WPCafe with Bit Integrations.

From now on, whenever a customer creates a reservation or places an order in WPCafe, the submission data will be automatically captured and sent to your chosen application (such as Google Sheets, a CRM, or a webhook).
