Bit Integrations – Setting

Overview

The following features are available under Bit Integrations Settings –

1. If you enable ‘Erase all data of this plugin in deletion’ this option. However, If you delete the plugin from WordPress, it will automatically delete all the plugin’s databases from the server’s database.

2. In Bit Integrations, turn off or on Opt-In to disable Telemetry.​

3. You can use this feature if you want to delete the integration log of the timeline of the integrations after a specific day. Then enable the ‘Specify after how many days old log will be deleted’ option. There will be an input field enabled, and you can enter the specified day there. After how many days the logs will be deleted in the integration?

Enabling Email Notifications for Failed Integrations

This feature allows you to receive an automatic email notification whenever an integration execution fails on your system. By enabling the “Enable Email Notifications for Failed Integrations” toggle, you’ll ensure that the admin email address associated with your account will be alerted in case of a failure.

1. How it works:
When an integration execution encounters an issue or fails to complete successfully, you will be sent an email informing you of the failure.
The notification is sent to the admin email, allowing you to address and troubleshoot the issue quickly.

2. Why use this:
This feature helps keep you informed of any integration issues, reducing the risk of missed tasks or data synchronization problems.
It offers real-time alerts, enabling you to take immediate action to resolve integration failures.

3. Recommendation:
Enable this feature for better monitoring and quick resolution of issues related to failed integrations. This is especially useful if you rely heavily on integrations for automation or business-critical tasks.
