Since our founding in 2002 as Symbiosys Consulting, we have served clients ranging from global Fortune 100 companies to local non-profits. We host two main offices: Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and Redcar, England, UK.

Rob Harford is a managing partner and senior business analyst. He manages the day-to-day operations of the Wilmington, DE branch of the company while continuing to consult with clients. Applying his broad technical and business skills, Rob is trusted to help elucidate and streamline business needs, managing them together with technical realities in order to solve some of the most complex project challenges.

Robert Laverick is the head of development, and is based in North East England. Rob is passionate about technology, both on and off the clock. In addition to being a prolific programmer and versatile software architect, he is a Certified Ethical Hacker and regularly tests his skills in various high-profile security competitions.
