To secure your reservation at Big Bar Guest Ranch, we require a valid credit card at check-in; no deposit is charged upfront. Full payment will be processed after your stay. We kindly ask guests to provide at least 14 days’ notice for any cancellations or changes to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total booking, and no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, so if you need to adjust your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible — we’re happy to work with you whenever we can.

Please note that horseback riding will be paused for the 2025 season. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to offering unforgettable riding experiences again soon.
