Our import and export feature allows you to manage your forms quickly, securely, and efficiently. With this functionality, you can create backups, clone forms across different sites or environments, and share templates with your team without having to rebuild everything from scratch.
Import
You will find this feature on your WordPress admin area navigating to the BBForms menu -> Forms. This feature is also available from the form editing screen.
Click on the Import Form button located at the top of the screen. A dialogue window will open where you can choose to import your form either by pasting the code directly or by uploading a .TXT file.
- From code: Copy the export code from another site or environment and paste it into the import field. The form will be instantly recreated with all its fields and settings.
- From file: If you’ve saved your form as a text file, simply upload it and the plugin will automatically restore the full form.
Export
You can export your form directly from the form editing screen by clicking the Export button located at the bottom of the page.
You can either copy the form code to your clipboard or download it as a .TXT file.
