Want to learn to bake like a pro? Join Williams Sonoma and Bake from Scratch magazine for a virtual cooking class series that is all about baking!

Baking School is a Monday night virtual baking class with our editor-in-chief Brian Hart Hoffman and our friends at Williams Sonoma. Baking School is a one-hour demonstration-style class taught by Brian that begins at 5 p.m. PT.

Before class on Mondays, you will receive the recipe card(s) for the recipes that will be taught in class, as well as the Zoom link to join class virtually.

Class is interactive and informative! You can chat with other bakers and ask Brian questions live during class.

If you are not able to join live, don’t worry! You receive a recording of the class by the end of the next day. You have forever access to that recording link and can watch any time you’d like to freshen up on a recipe technique shown in class.
