Fair weather on Saturday, had big, big rains earlier in the week.  Disappointed that I didn’t go out to counter protest the morons that were out.

Sunday morning I took some trash out about 8am and it was pretty chilly out.  About 2pm I took some more trash out and it was wonderful……  I should have been outside working.

Saturday I needed to run out to get eggs at Walmart (18 eggs for $2.47), bought two packs.  I baked some scrambled eggs for my lunches this week.  This is 16 eggs and some cheese in it.

Well, being that it was Saturday, it was “Saturday night pizza night”

No pizza.  When we went to Walmart, we were going to go to our usual sushi joint and we saw that a new sushi joint had opened .

“ALL YOU CAN EAT !!!!!!!!!!!”

We’ve been waiting for this place to open for several months.

So, when you do the maff, $32.00 is kind of a “deal”……….

We both had the miso soup, wife ordered the vegetable tempura, and I got the “Spicy Baby Octopus Salad”.  Salad was SPICY !!! Lot’s of jalapenos in it.

We got 3 rolls and 7 pieces of sushi, 2 white tuna, 2 yellow tuna, octopus, squid and eel.  Love the eel.

After we finished that……………..

We got an order of gyoza and some crab rangoon.  All good stuff.

Total bill was $72.00 (w/o tip)

Still can’t wrap my head around the idea that this is a $72 dinner……………

Don’t know how many y’all spend time on the Twitters, but weird things have been happening…………

One of the biggest complaints has been about wanting to geo-block areas like southeast Asia, India and Africa since those are the regions that have the most scammers and grifters.  Well, it seems that premium users can control areas that can see their posts (not a geo blocker yet).

And even bigger than that, they changed the algorithm so that Americans are getting tons more Japanese content………………

Saturday was pretty good, warm, overcast, no wind.

I got two bags of yard waste picked up but it was a little to wet to do much more.

Sunday was 30 degrees cooler, windy and rained in the late afternoon.

Well, being that it was Saturday, it was “Saturday night pizza night”

Wife didn’t want to make pizza so it was just pizza rolls again……

So, ICE is supposed to be at the airports assisting TSA.

This good be good or bad.

The good is if there are any illegals there, away they go……………………

It also dampens the democrat party’s plan to hold travelers hostage by not funding DHS.

The bad is that if there is any aviation mishap, guess who gets the blame.

First 5K of the year.

The weather was a concern during the week as on Thursday and Friday we had “semi trailer tipping winds”.  Saturday turned out very well.  40 degrees, 100% overcast and zero winds.  Started out cold , but plenty warm halfway through.

This is the race last year that I could have had a PR, but got caught up behind all of the walkers going across a bridge.  This year I started out in the front and avoided that jammage.

Last year I put quite a bit of good treadmill work and this year was a little less.  I didn’t really feel good about my training until last week and had 3 really good workouts.

BUT !!!

It just wasn’t my day.

The run stars with about a 1/4 mile uphill and the first 1/2 mile just killed me………………

I ended up with a 10:29 pace (9:50 last year) and that was much better than I thought I was going to have after the first mile……..

One month to the next run.

Well, being that it was Saturday, it was “Saturday night pizza night”

Man, I loaded this sum bitch up with lots of cheese…………………..

Rainy and cold on Sunday, may or may not get snow Sunday into Monday (writing this 12:00 pm Sunday)

Got home from the run and turned the TV on and watched about 30 minutes of Ireland play Scotland in rugby (I love rugby, used to play).

Did not see a single african on the field……………..

Every person on the field looked like a 20th generation subject…………

Any time I watch European soccer, it looks like 75% of the teams are from the Dark Continent.

Well, being that it was Saturday, it was “Saturday night pizza night”

I have a 5K next week and I’m 10 pounds overweight and need to cut some weight so I had “Taco Shell Pizzas” instead of having a lot of dough.  Green olives, pepperoni and the real good (and cheap) whole milk mozzarella from Wally World.

The weather for the weekend:

Friday night into Saturday morning, it rained and it rained hard.

Saturday was warm, but the yard was too wet to do any yardwork.

Sunday was sunny, windy and rather chilly.

I did get out in the garage on Saturday to straighten a few things up.

Huge remodel project going on at work and I brought home a couple of “mail boxes” that I can either use in the garage as cabinets or, I could take them apart and use the material to make shelves for the garage or even basement.

The big metal cabinet came from the place where I get work done on my vehicles.  The last time I was in a for an oil change, the cabinet was sitting in the reception area.  The owner told me that they rearranged their offices and they might throw it away.  I told him if he decided to toss it, that I would take it.  So, I got it.  If I can get this in my house, it would make for fair gun storage.

I’d like to think that Mossad snuck in and stole them to present to Trump as a trophy.
