Susanna Lo
Managing Director – China & Hong Kong
Susanna holds a Diploma in Economics and brings more than 35 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics. She began her career with the Jardine Group before moving into senior roles at Kerry Logistics and later joining AXIMA in 2006 as the first employee in Hong Kong. Susanna was pivotal in expanding AXIMA’s presence across Hong Kong, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Qingdao, and was appointed Managing Director in 2022. She continues to lead with a focus on operational excellence, client partnerships, and regional growth.

Christine Chao
Station Manager – China
Christine graduated from Shanghai Maritime University and has built a career spanning leading roles with major shipping lines and freight forwarding companies, including CMA CGM Logistics China, where she managed the sea freight department. Since joining AXIMA China in 2010, she has been instrumental in developing and leading our sea freight operations across North and Central China, connecting clients to global markets. Over the past 15 years, Christine has also spearheaded key initiatives such as the 4PL project at Kunshan Warehouse for Australian clients, perfectly aligning her expertise and passion with AXIMA’s growth.

Meena Xue
Account and Operations Manager – Qingdao Branch
Meena graduated from the Civil Aviation University of China with a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration. She has been working in the global logistics industry for over 20 years and has acquired extensive expertise in customer service with a focus on ocean and air freight along with supply chain management. Her commitment to continuous improvement and a customer-centric approach has been instrumental in driving an industry-leading experience for our customers. She now oversees operations and account management in China.
