Who We Are
Established in 2014, Avana is a locally owned, female-led real estate company building vibrant, community-centred rental homes across Western Canada. Headquartered in Regina, we are committed to providing safe, attainable multifamily housing while prioritizing social responsibility and exceptional customer care. We build, own, and manage our communities for the long term—creating enduring places to live and a family-owned legacy rooted in trust, stability, and pride of ownership.
Committed to Something Bigger Than Ourselves.
Philanthropy is an important part of who we are. Avana actively supports housing solutions for women and children fleeing intimate partner violence, helping provide safe, stable homes that can be a first step toward rebuilding lives. This mission is woven into our culture—shaping how we lead, how we work, and how we partner with others.
By 2030, Avana aims to positively impact 100,000 lives, reflecting our commitment to creating meaningful social progress through the work we do every day.

Empowering Communities, Protecting Rights
Avana acknowledges the challenges of modern slavery and human trafficking, guided by the principles in The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, and is dedicated to addressing these issues. As a participant in the construction, rental, and property management sectors across Western Canada, we use our position to support human rights and dignity. Advocacy
At Avana, our commitment extends to building for future generations. We take great pride in our partnerships with organizations like YWCA Regina, SOFIA House, and WIN House. To change lives and achieve our mission, we must recognize that there is a priority. To empower women and children to break free from the cycle of Intimate Partner Violence.
