Aurion Learning will not share your information with companies outside the organisation except where required to mailing list providers. Campaign Monitor, the email marketing software provider, is used for our communication with you, such as our marketing newsletter and events, content and offers that we think may be of interest to you. You will receive legitimate interest emails from Campaign Monitor or directly from Aurion Learning. We gather statistics on email openings and clicks to help us monitor and improve our emails. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations, businesses or third parties. You have the option to ‘unsubscribe’ from marketing mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of any of our emails.

Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed, and stored per the regulations named in 'The policy' above. Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages.

Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.
