  • We’re proud to have been awarded a new contract by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) to deliver the next phase of the SEAI Energy Academy. This marks an exciting step forward, evolving the Energy Academy from a successful eLearning platform into a fully customised learning portal, designed to support long-term behaviour change at scale. Building on our long-standing partnership, this next phase will focus on creating a more integrated learning experience that supports collaboration, insight and real-world action on energy efficiency and decarbonisation. We look forward to continuing to work together with SEAI to support SMEs across Ireland, as part of the country’s wider energy transition. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/ezF6_kEi

  • Most organisations don't have a learning quality problem. They have a learning structure problem. Here are the signs you've outgrown your project-based learning delivery model: - Your team spends more time managing suppliers than shaping strategy. - Learner experience varies depending on which project delivered their training. - Leadership is asking ROI questions you can't answer with confidence. Sound familiar? Our latest blog explores what that tipping point looks like, and how a managed learning service gives your organisation the structure and governance to deliver learning as an ongoing strategic programme, not just a series of disconnected projects. https://lnkd.in/e8Qr5HwH

  • Understanding autism starts with listening, and for many Autistic people and their families, everyday environments like school or work can still feel inaccessible. Real change starts with awareness, but awareness needs to be consistent and grounded in lived experience. That’s where digital learning can help. The AsIAm - Ireland’s Autism Charity Learning Portal was launched to support communities across Ireland with a practical ‘Understanding Autism' learner pathway, covering core concepts to help build understanding of autism. It’s a learning platform designed to not only inform, but to support meaningful change. We’re proud to share the story behind the learning: https://lnkd.in/eDzC-rQX

  • What actually is a Managed Digital Learning Service? It’s a question we get asked a lot, and to be fair, it can mean different things depending on who you ask. So we put our very own Gavin Woods, Managing Director, into the hot seat to break it down simply, in our first edition of MD Question Time. 🎙️ In this short video, he explains: - What a managed approach really looks like. - Why organisations are moving beyond one-off projects. If you're thinking about how to make digital learning more joined-up and effective, this is a good place to start. Learn more about our managed digital learning services: https://lnkd.in/et-qqViZ

  • A project with purpose AsIAm - Ireland’s Autism Charity needed a better way to deliver consistent, high-quality autism training at scale, all while grounded in lived experience. Their research shows 70% feel the education system in Ireland is not inclusive of people with Autism, highlighting the need for change. AsIAm partnered with Aurion to design and deliver the AsIAm Learning Portal - a centralised, profile-driven digital learning portal that gives learners access to personalised content, structured learner pathways and practical resources all in one place. The platform has already supported over 1,000 learners across Ireland with autism training, creating a strong digital foundation to grow programmes and impact over time. This is a project we’re really proud of - learn more how we created learning that works for AsIAm and their learners: https://lnkd.in/eDzC-rQX

More organisations are now investing in digital learning to drive real change, but scaling learning successfully is where many programmes fall short. Our latest blog explores why, even with the right content and tools in place, organisations still face familiar challenges: - Strategy that isn’t built to scale. - Capacity pressures on L&D teams. - Fragmented delivery across suppliers. - Difficulty demonstrating impact. It’s rarely about the quality of the learning itself. It’s about how it’s managed. Our Managed Learning Services provide a structured, end-to-end approach to deliver consistency, governance and impact. If you’re looking to move beyond one-off projects and build a more sustainable approach to digital learning, this is worth a read: https://lnkd.in/eErYHByM
