Audiograbber 1.83

Audiograbber 1.83 is a utility to grab digital audio from CDs.
It supports English, French, Spanish, Italian and German.

Audiograbber 1.83 does not record the audio through the sound card, it does it digitally, ensuring you perfect copies of the originals. The program can also perform a test to check that the copies are perfect.

Audiograbber 1.83 can normalize the output, delete silences from the start and/or end of tracks, and send them to a variety or external MP3 encoders.

The program can download and upload disc info from freedb, an Internet compact disc database. You can record even your vinyl LP's or cassette tapes and make wav's or MP3's from them.

Once you´ve installed the program, if you put an audio CD in your CD unit, it will recognize every track. If you want, you can tell the program to retrieve the themes lists form freedb. If you do so, you can use the retrieved names to name your resulting files.

The speed of the process will depend on your hardware specs, how much memory you have, etc.
