Established in 2019, Arrow Capital, began as a small real estate investment company founded to care for its owners’ investment properties in Lincoln, Nebraska. With a strong focus on quality service, integrity, and community, Arrow quickly gained a reputation for reliable management and strong relationships with both tenants and property owners.

Over time, Arrow expanded organically—adding divisions like Arrow Property Management, Arrow Brokerage, Arrow Working Group, Arrow Exteriors & Grounds, and Arrow Flooring—to become a full-service real estate company. As the company grew beyond Lincoln into 31 cities across 5 states, Arrow Capital remained committed to its roots: providing exceptional real estate services while building long-lasting partnerships and stronger communities.

Arrow Capital LLC was officially established to manage the owners’ properties, primarily in Lincoln and Crete, and also launched Arrow Brokerage to provide real estate sales services—laying the foundation for what would become a growing, multifaceted company.

Despite the challenges of a global pandemic, Arrow continued to grow—employing several 1099 contractors and playing a critical role in providing essential housing during a time of uncertainty.

Arrow took major strides forward by hiring our first official employees, launching a new fleet of vehicles, and expanding operations into several surrounding cities near Lincoln, strengthening our regional presence.

Arrow expanded both its team and property portfolio, continuing to build a strong foundation for future growth and service in new markets.

Arrow expanded into Iowa and Missouri and introduced two new divisions—Arrow Exteriors and Arrow Flooring—while also developing innovative ways to offer real estate investment opportunities to clients across a broader footprint.

A landmark year of growth, Arrow expanded into three additional markets—Kansas, Omaha, and North Dakota—significantly grew our team, implemented new technology to improve efficiency and service, opened a luxury new construction apartment complex in Grand Island, and rebranded as Arrow Midwest to reflect our broader reach and expanding divisions

In the Fall of 2025, Arrow Capital is proud to announce our move to a new, permanent headquarters—marking a major milestone in our continued growth. This exciting move reflects how far we’ve come since our founding and symbolizes our commitment to the future. The new location will serve as a central hub for our expanding divisions, improved operations, and growing team, providing space to better serve our clients, tenants, and partners. As we continue to grow in both existing and new markets across the Midwest, this new space represents not just a move—but the next step in Arrow’s long-term vision.
