Third-party subprocessors Arcweave uses to deliver our services.
Arcweave currently uses third party subprocessors to provide infrastructure and other services, and to help us provide customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third party subprocessor, Arcweave performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
Arcweave may use the following subprocessors to host customer and user data, provide infrastructure that helps with delivery of our services, or perform other service functions:
Arcweave uses Cloudflare, Inc. for web infrastructure support. User data processed by Cloudflare is retained as set forth in the user's (or its organization's) agreement with Arcweave.
Arcweave uses Google LLC for cloud hosting, collaboration tools, and analytics services. User data processed includes application hosting data, collaboration content, and usage analytics, retained as set forth in the user's (or its organization's) agreement with Arcweave.
Arcweave uses Hubspot, Inc. for managing customer onboarding communications, sales and customer service.
Arcweave uses Insight Hub, Inc. for bug tracking and error monitoring. User data processed includes system logs, error reports, and diagnostic information.
Arcweave uses Microsoft Corporation (Azure) as a service provider for AI-enabled functionality. Data, privacy, and security for Azure OpenAI Service.
Subject matter, nature, and duration of processing: Arcweave uses Mixpanel, Inc. for analyzing user interaction and product usage. User data processed includes event tracking data, user behavior metrics, and feature engagement information.
