Absolutely! Arcweave is completely free to use, forever. Despite its content limitations, a Basic workspace can have unlimited members for free and lots of users find it enough for their work. However, a Basic workspace cannot be used for commercial projects.
A Basic workspace has limitations: you can create up to
3 projects, each with a maximum of
200 items. The Pro and Team plans
have no such limits.
Moreover, a Pro workspace offers additional exports, while a Team workspace has additional
features, compared to the Pro: access to Arcweave’s API and custom workspace roles &
permissions.
An item is a single piece of content you add to your project, like an element or component. Think of your project as being made up of these items.
You can still read, edit, and organise existing content as usual, but you won't be able to add new items. However, you can delete existing items to free up some of your quota.
A workspace member has global access to all the workspace and its projects—with varying
permissions, depending on their role.
A workspace guest is a user invited to collaborate in specific projects, as editor or
commenter.
An editor is an Arcweave user who has been invited to collaborate in a workspace or one of its projects. Workspace editors can edit and debug any project in the workspace, while project editors have such access only to the specific projects they’ve been invited to. Editors cannot delete projects or change users’ permissions.

Yes! We offer either monthly or yearly billing options. The yearly billing option is always cheaper (usually around a 20% discount). For example, the Pro workspace plan costs $18 per member/month in the monthly option, but $15 in the yearly option.
When you cancel a paid workspace plan, your workspace will remain at it until the end of the billing period, at which point it will be switched to a Basic plan.
You can change your payment method at any time in your workspace’s Billing section.
We use Stripe to process your payment. It's the same payment provider used in products such as Slack, X and Pinterest. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
