ArCADia-TERMO by INTERsoft is a building energy and thermal analysis application in the ArCADia BIM ecosystem. It helps architects, MEP engineers, and energy assessors evaluate a building’s thermal performance, estimate heat losses and gains, and size heating and cooling systems. The software reads geometry, spaces, and partitions directly from ArCADia BIM models or allows manual input for existing buildings and renovations. It supports multi-zone analysis, includes libraries of construction materials with thermal properties, and accounts for elements such as windows, doors, shading, ventilation, infiltration, internal gains, and domestic hot water.

ArCADia-TERMO streamlines the preparation of technical documentation and decision-making during design or retrofit projects. It generates clear calculation reports and summaries that can be used for project coordination and compliance submissions, depending on local requirements.
