This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Zeka Logic Ltd ("Licensor") for the AppGrid Launcher application ("the Application").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application (including but not limited to any images, text, and code) are owned by the Licensor.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
5. Support and Warranty Disclaimer
The Application is provided without technical support, professional services, or warranties of any kind. The Licensor has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or modifications regardless of use case or user type.
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Application.
7. Analytics and Usage Data
The Application collects anonymous usage analytics to help improve the product. This data is collected via PostHog and includes information such as which features are used, how often the Application is opened, and general usage patterns.
No personally identifiable information is collected. The data cannot be used to identify you as an individual. Analytics data is associated with a random anonymous identifier generated on first launch and reset if the Application is reinstalled.
Users who activate a free trial are additionally associated with an anonymous trial session identifier derived from their device. This identifier is not linked to any name, email address, or other personal information.
8. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the Application are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
