Hi, I’m Hussein – a highly experienced and well-qualified English teacher, tutor, and examiner who puts you first. With over 20 years of teaching experience in the UK, China, Dubai, and independent schools, I’ve helped countless students achieve great results.

We’ll work together at a pace that suits you, quickly identifying your needs and addressing them with engaging and effective strategies. I’ve led departments at both GCSE and A-Level, and currently serve as Head of English. I also offer support in EPQ and IB Film, having led those areas previously.

I’m passionate about motivating students to succeed independently, but I’ll be with you every step of the way. I provide constructive feedback, structured targets, and guidance to build your confidence and help you succeed.

I’m familiar with exam boards like AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and Cambridge and can support English skills at any level. As an examiner and a current MA Education student, I stay up to date with the latest educational developments and assessment standards.
