You don't know how you got here, or who sent you, but you're now a patient at the modern Rosenhan In-Patient Clinic. Nestled at the heart of a tropical island off the coast of Florida, at first it looks like a typical, idyllic mental health retreat. Somewhere to get your mind together, to reflect on life.

It'd be nice if that was all there was to it. But here's the problem: long-time residents speak of atrocities, of death and despair propagated as 'therapy'. The island's wooded depths creep with plants and creatures that shouldn't be there; there's rumors of an antiquated airplane that flies over the island every week. Armed guards encircle the compound. And in the depths of the clinic there are rumored to be expirements that have nothing to do with the mind at all....
