Returns
At American Weapon, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Due to federal and state regulations, our return policy is tailored for firearms and related items.
- Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition (unopened, unused, no wear or usage), in original packaging, and include all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories.
- Nonreturnable Items: For safety, liability, and compliance reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE once your order is processed:
- Ammunition and reloading components
- Ballistic shields
- Body armor
- Blank cartridges
- Firearms (including frames and lower receivers)
- Firearm parts and accessories
- Suppressors
- Used items
- Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
- Include the RMA number with the return. Items without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.
- Restocking Fees:
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless prohibited by law.
- Defective Items:
- Customers discovering defects should contact the manufacturer directly to submit a warranty claim.
- Refunds:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
