At American Weapon, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Due to federal and state regulations, our return policy is tailored for firearms and related items.

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
    • Returned items must be in resalable condition (unopened, unused, no wear or usage), in original packaging, and include all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories.
  2. Nonreturnable Items: For safety, liability, and compliance reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE once your order is processed:
    • Ammunition and reloading components
    • Ballistic shields
    • Body armor
    • Blank cartridges
    • Firearms (including frames and lower receivers)
    • Firearm parts and accessories
    • Suppressors
    • Used items
  3. Return Process:
    • Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
    • Include the RMA number with the return. Items without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer.
  4. Restocking Fees:
    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless prohibited by law.
  5. Defective Items:
    • Customers discovering defects should contact the manufacturer directly to submit a warranty claim.
  6. Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
