Customer Cancellations
- Orders placed with American Weapon may be canceled by the customer prior to shipment.
- All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department at 480-790-3909 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST).
- Cancellation requests received via voicemail or email are not guaranteed to be processed prior to shipment.
- Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and the customer must follow all applicable return policies.
- Finality of Cancellations: All cancellations are final.
Company Cancellations
- American Weapon reserves the right to cancel an order or part of an order. Refunds will be issued for the canceled portion.
