This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Allied Vehicles Group has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and to implementing effective systems and controls to prevent modern slavery within our operations and supply chain.

Our Policies
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our internal policies include:
- Recruitment Policy
We operate a robust recruitment process, including eligibility-to-work checks for all employees, to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will. - Induction Policy
We provide a structured induction programme to integrate new employees into the organisation, ensuring clarity on company structure, policies, and expectations. - Whistleblowing Policy
We encourage employees and third parties to report any concerns, including those related to modern slavery, through confidential reporting channels.
Our Suppliers
We engage with a wide range of suppliers and expect them to uphold the same high standards. Each year, we write to our suppliers and require them to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Performance Indicators
We will know the effectiveness of the steps we are taking if:
- No reports are received from employees, the public, or law enforcement agencies indicating that modern slavery practices have been identified.
- All suppliers provide annual confirmation of compliance.
Future Commitments
In the coming year, we will:
- Continue to review and strengthen our supplier due diligence processes.
- Provide additional training to relevant employees on identifying and addressing modern slavery risks.
