Riding through a dust devil
This week’s ride was a trip. Fourth gear, desert wide open, wind starting to howl. Passing through an empty patch of desert – no plants, no hills, no cover. Just me, the bike, and the horizon. Then boom! A blast of wind. And up ahead, I see it forming. A dust devil. Small at first.
